items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. please note the following guidelines:
- items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.
- to initiate a return, please log into your customer account and follow the instructions.
- once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
- refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
